Music Generation & Rights

1. AI-Generated Music

Our Service includes the ability to generate instrumental background music through integrated third-party artificial intelligence technology (“AI Music”). This music is created dynamically based on your inputs (e.g., mood, style, pacing).

2. Rights Granted to You

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, synchronize, and publicly perform AI Music generated through our Service for your own lawful projects, including commercial projects (such as videos, podcasts, or online content).

3. Limitations

You understand and agree that:

No Exclusivity: AI Music generated through the Service is not exclusive to you. Other users may generate identical or similar outputs.
No Claim of Authorship: You may not represent the AI Music as your original composition or claim authorship rights.
No Content ID Registration: You are expressly prohibited from registering the AI Music with any content identification or fingerprinting services (e.g., YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, etc.).
No Resale of Music Alone: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the AI Music as a standalone music track or library (e.g., as “stock music” or in a music marketplace). It must be used as part of your creative project.
Compliance with Law: You must not use AI Music to infringe the rights of others, impersonate an artist, or otherwise violate applicable laws.

4. Third-Party Technology

The AI Music feature is powered in part by third-party providers (including but not limited to ElevenLabs). By using this feature, you agree to comply with their applicable use policies and restrictions. We make no warranty as to the originality, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI Music outputs.
