This Prohibited Use Policy (“Policy”) supplements the Voodr Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) and applies to your access and use of our Services, including any inputs you provide and outputs you create.

Prohibited Uses

1. Do not threaten child safety.

This includes using our Services to create, distribute, or promote any material involving the exploitation or sexualization of children. We report all apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

2. Do not engage in illegal behavior.

Infringing on any party's intellectual property rights.
Violating any party's privacy rights.
Creating or facilitating the exchange of illegal goods, services, or substances.

3. Do not facilitate activities that may significantly harm others.

This includes using our services for:

Providing tailored professional advice (e.g., legal, financial, medical) without review by a qualified professional and clear disclosure of AI use.
Engaging in or facilitating high-stakes automated decision-making that affects an individual’s wellbeing or rights.
Facilitating real-money gambling or predatory lending.

4. Do not engage in fraudulent, predatory, or abusive practices.

Deceiving others to gain unauthorized access to sensitive information (phishing).
Defrauding others through financial or other scams.
Generating or distributing spam or engaging in unauthorized robocalling.

5. Do not engage in unauthorized, deceptive, or harmful impersonation.

This includes creating or using media output from our service to intentionally replicate or impersonate another person without their consent or legal right, especially in a manner that is intended to deceive, harass, or cause harm.

6. Do not interfere with elections or civic processes.

This includes using our Services to:

Engage in voter suppression or spread misleading information about electoral processes.
Impersonate political candidates or government officials.
Engage in political campaigning without authorization.

7. Do not create violent, hateful, or harassing material.

This includes material that:

Threatens, incites, or promotes violence, extremism, or terrorism.
Discriminates against individuals based on protected characteristics.
Promotes harassment, stalking, or celebrates the suffering of others.
Promotes self-harm.
Spreads misinformation, especially regarding health or historical events.

8. Do not misuse our Services.

This includes:

Selling, reselling, or sub-licensing our Services without our prior written authorization.
Using data mining, robots, or similar methods to scrape or extract data from our Services.
Modifying, reverse-engineering, or attempting to discover the source code or underlying models of our Services.
Using our Services or their output to research, develop, or train products, models, or services that compete with Voodr.
Using our Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, or impair their functioning.
Abusing free plans or promotional credits by creating multiple accounts or otherwise attempting to circumvent our policies.

Enforcement

Violation of this Policy may result in the removal of your content and the suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities for material that poses a risk of real-world harm.
